This set up PSD files provides designs for 2 different types of forms, each in 8 different color schemes. It includes a sign up or registration form as well as a small newsletter sign up form that is intended to be used in sidebars. These files can be used to speed to process of creating mockups that involve web forms. The font Droid Sans is used in these files.
