Glass Layer Styles for Photoshop
The Layer Style given fits perfectly only on a specific size. If you want to use these style on higher/lower fonts then you may have to use Scale Effects to match the Style Effect.
To Scale the Layer Styles you need to goto: Layer>Layer Style> Scale Effect
