Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 новая версия облегчённого варианта Photoshop. Это мощное, но при этом простое в использовании приложение для работы с цифровыми фотографиями, обладает хорошими инструментами для организации снимков и полным набором функциональных средств для обработки и редактирования фотографий. В новой версии основательно переработан диспетчер Organizer, позволяющий управлять всеми видами цифровых изображений из одного места и упрощающий такие трудоемкие задачи, как разметка, сопровождение тэгами и поиск нужных документов. Новая функция Auto-Analyzer автоматически анализирует и расставляет тэги для самых интересных и качественных фотографий и видеоматериалов, а функция People Recognition распознает на них лица, пояснили в Adobe.

С появлением новой возможности полноэкранного режима пользователи могут просматривать фотографии и видеоклипы в режиме слайд-шоу непосредственно из Oganizer, осуществлять быстрое редактирование фото- и видеоматериалов или расставлять тэги непосредственно во время просмотра.
